Services

So what exactly can we offer to the community and voluntary sectors? There are three ways in which we can help.

Training

We offer training courses in management skills.  A particular specialist area is project management, where we offer one and two day courses; these take away the mystery of project management, and leave our students with an understanding of what a project is and how it differs from day-to-day management. They are down-to-earth, practical courses that enable students to go back to their organisation armed with practical skills and tools that will give them the best chance of delivering successful projects.

Interim Management

We offer a senior level interim management service. If you need management skills at short notice, or for a short period of time, contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Consultancy

We offer a consultancy service to help organisations to run themselves in an efficient and productive manner. We can help with project management, business planning, making the transition to your first paid employee, and a multitude of other business related problems. We don’t impose a lot of fancy stuff on you – we realise these issues are a necessary evil. We will offer you practical and pragmatic assistance so that you can get on with what you do best: support your client group!

Networking

We have links with other consultancy organisations, so in the event that we can’t help you for whatever reason, there’s a good chance we can put you in touch with someone who can.

We know that’s four ways, but we thought three went better with the company name. But however many ways there are, get in contact with us and we will see which one suits you best.
