We can offer consultancy, where we’ll send someone along to help you solve your problem, with advice, coaching, mentoring – all that good stuff.
We can offer training. We have a selection of pre-prepared courses (see the training page), but we can deliver training in whatever you need. This includes training for trustees and volunteers, as well as for staff.
So – if you have a problem, we can help you fix it. And if we don’t have the expertise in-house, then there’s a very good chance that we know someone who does have the expertise, and we’ll put you in touch.
